The Human Resources Department provides personnel policy development, administration, consulting and guidance to the organization. The department also provides customer service in the full range of personnel functions, including human resources administration, employee and volunteer selection and placement, employee compensation and benefits, job classification, employee safety and worker’s compensation administration, management and employee development, employee relations and organizational effectiveness.
