Huntsville Man Charged With Arson
 

Huntsville, Alabama (September 16, 2008) On September 15, Huntsville Police responded to 2806 8th Ave to a domestic violence call, upon arrival, officers observed  fire damage and Huntsville Fire & Rescue was notified. The Joint Arson Task Force was contacted and after investigation, 38 y/o James Newland was arrested for Arson 1st degree. The house was occupied by his wife and two small children during the incident. The subject remains in jail at this time. Additional charges may be pending.
