A Special Session of the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Alabama has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 23, 2010, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located on the first floor of the City Administration Building at 308 Fountain Circle, Huntsville, Alabama.  The purpose of the Special Session is to introduce the following item for consideration:

“Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Annexation and Development Agreement between the City of Huntsville, Alabama and L W Redstone, LLC.“
