Operation Green Team seeks to be an educational medium for not only the citizens and youth of Huntsville, but also the corporate community. Your business can help us by informing employees of our existence. If your company is willing to donate space in the employee newsletter, please contact our office. Second, if you are a corporate leader, please consider participating in one of our adoption programs such as Adopt-A-Mile or Adopt-A-Spot. You might also want to consider sponsoring one of many environmental clubs in the Huntsville City Elementary School System.
Each month, Operation Green Team sponsors monthly litter clean-ups. We would love for your company to volunteer to assist the Mayor, City Council and Green Team staff in eliminating "eyesores" throughout the city. Lastly, our office sponsors seminars entitled "Waste in the Workplace" that focus on common sense techniques small businesses can use to cut down on the amount of waste generated and eliminate litter problems before they occur.
By working with us to Keep Huntsville Beautiful, Operation Green Team is dedicated to rewarding organizations by giving them local exposure and promoting their environmental image in the community. Who knows your business could become the Green Team Business of the Month!
