Huntsville Police Arrest Six Following Neighbors Complaints

Huntsville, Alabama (March 9, 2007) Huntsville Police heard numerous complaints from citizens living in the area of Clopton Street and Dunn Street. Loud music, vehicle traffic and the previous night, multiple gun shots being fired. Police took action Thursday night when they arrested 4 adults and two juveniles at 3175 Clopton Street apt # 148.

Police spokesman Wendell Johnson said 33-year-old Crystal Lynn Kelly a renter at the apartment was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was in possession of 3 crack pipes. Three men 19-year-old Allan Antwaune Higgins, 18-year-old Anthony Dewayne Hunter, and 21-year-old Etrick Deshawn Johnson were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. The 4 adults were booked into the Madison County Metro Jail. During the sweep two juveniles 16 and 17-years old were arrested on Loitering charges and booked into the Robert Neaves Detention Center for juveniles. Johnson said Police are now working with the property owner to evict Kelly from the apartment complex.
