Juvenile Arrested on Multiple Charges Of Harassment and Sexual Assault

 

Huntsville, Alabama (April 26, 2007) On Tuesday, April 24th, a 15-year-old student was arrested at Williams Middle school on 19 separate charges. The charges include eleven counts Sexual Assault 1^st Degree; one count Assault 3^rd Degree, one count Unlawful Imprisonment and six counts of Harassment. Police spokesman Wendell Johnson said all of the incidents involved juvenile victims and occurred at Williams Middle school. This has been an ongoing problem at the school until Monday when school officials were in the process of suspending the student. He was taken by Huntsville Police to the Neaves Davis Center for Children pending a hearing. Johnson said because the investigation is ongoing and it involves juveniles the Department would not have further comment at this time.
