Huntsville Police Arrest Two People on Drug Charges

 

Huntsville, Alabama (May 22, 2007) Huntsville Police Officers were dispatched about 6:47 this morning to 3408 Wall Triana Highway in reference to possible drug activity. When police arrived they observed two individuals in the parking lot inside a Mitsubishi Eclipse. As Officers approached the vehicle they smelled marijuana. Upon further investigation, 51-year-old Bruce Black of Athens, Alabama was charged with Possession of Cocaine, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana. He is being held in the Madison County Metro Jail on a total of $2,500 bond. Forty-eight year old Maria Boucher, also of Athens, Alabama was booked and charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Marijuana. Her bond has been set at $1,500 dollars.
