Huntsville Man Surrenders One Week after Shooting His Brother

 

Huntsville, Alabama (June 15, 2007) Twenty-six-year-old Noble Nichols turned himself into Police this afternoon. He was booked into the Madison County Metro Jail, charged with Attempted Murder. Bond has been set at $10,000.

 

Investigator Fred Sharp said the victim, Sergio Nichols, 23, was released from Huntsville Hospital on Thursday and is staying with family members. Sharpe said the shooting occurred on June 7^th in the parking lot at Autumn Wood apartment complex. The brothers got into a verbal argument that led to the shooting.
