STAC Team Shut Down Crack House in West Huntsville

 

Huntsville, Alabama (July 26, 2007) On Wednesday, July 25^th, Agents of the Madison-Morgan County Strategic Counter Drug Team raided an active crack house at 2907 9^th Avenue in West Huntsville. Sgt. Gerry Norris said they recovered crack cocaine and arrested Rickie Joe Parker (DOB 12/14/1957) and charged him with Distribution of Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine. Two other women were arrested for Loitering. Michelle Marie Massie (DOB 07/28/1973) and Vicky Christine Whatley (DOB 10/07/1964) were also booked into the Madison County Metro Jail.

 

Norris said they were able to shut the crack house down thanks to a tip from a concerned citizen. Agents conducted an investigation into drug trafficking that lead to Wednesday’s search warrant. The crack house was only a few feet away from West Huntsville Elementary school.
