Juvenile Charged as Adult In Robbery and Shooting

 

Huntsville, Alabama (July 27, 2007) North Precinct Investigator Dave Williams has arrested and charged a 16-year-old male with Robbery 1^st degree and Assault 1^st degree in connection with an incident on July 9^th at Mike’s Mini Mart. The store is located at 2525 Winchester Road NW. Investigator Williams said Michael Tyrone Wheeler is being charged as an adult, because he used a gun to rob the store clerk of money, then shot him once in the chest.
