Arrests Made in Two Separate Robberies Overnight
Huntsville, Alabama (July 31, 2007) Twenty-year-old Julian Earskine is in the Madison County Jail this morning, after being arrested for allegedly robbing the Circle C convenience store at 1214 Sparkman Drive. Spokesman Wendell Johnson said Earskine held up the clerk in the store shortly after midnight. He escaped on foot but was later apprehended by Huntsville Police and booked on 1st degree Robbery.

Investigators from the West Precinct have just charged Earskine with
another count of Robbery 1st degree in connection with Sunday
night’s robbery of the Papa Jacks at 6090 Old Madison Pike.
In another incident, 16-year-old Robert Lamar Ivey and another suspect broke into an apartment at 4136 F South Memorial Parkway about 2:30 this morning and robbed several people at gun point. As the two suspects were preparing to leave, Ivey was restrained by the victims until police arrived. The other man escaped. Ivey was taken by Hemsi to Huntsville Hospital to be treated for injuries. He was later booked into the Madison County Metro Jail for 1st degree Robbery.
