Foul Play Suspected in Georgia Man’s Death

Huntsville, Alabama (December 11, 2007) Investigators with the Huntsville Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit are working the City’s 16^th homicide for the year. Spokesman Wendell Johnson said Police responded to 555 Executive Drive about 9:30 this morning when a co-worker discovered the body of James Michael Griffy, age 49, of Rossville, Georgia. The co-worker became concerned and went to Griffy’s apartment when he didn’t report to work. Investigators are awaiting autopsy results to determine the exact cause of death.
