Meth Lab Arrests
Huntsville, Alabama (October 28, 2008) On October 27, 2007, the Madison/Morgan County Drug Task Force (STAC Team) received an anonymous “tip” that there were Meth Labs operating at two separate locations in Huntsville. STAC Agents were quickly able to develop enough evidence to get search warrants for both of those locations.
At approximately 5 p.m. the first search warrant was executed at 3118 Drake Avenue. An inactive “meth lab” was located and disposed of at that residence. The following people were arrested and charged with Unlawful Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree:

At approximately 10 p.m., the second search warrant was executed at 11112 South Memorial Parkway, Apartment I-2. A “meth lab” was located and disposed of at that location as well. Two men, Timothy Scott Forbus, age 41 of Arab, Alabama, and Brian Dustin McNeese, age 35, of Ardmore, Alabama, were both arrested and charged with Unlawful Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance in the 1st Degree. Brian Dustin McNeese had also been recently featured on “Crimestoppers” ” and was wanted on Felony Domestic Violence warrants.
