Two Charged at Madison Square Mall Robbery

Huntsville, Alabama (January 7, 2008) Two women have been arrested and Investigators with the West Precinct are searching for a third offender following a robbery at Madison Square Mall on Thursday, January 3^rd. Spokesman Wendell Johnson said a shopper was exiting the food court and talking on her cell phone when three women pulled up in a vehicle and asked to use her phone.  As the shopper handed them her cell phone, one of the girls snatched the shopper’s wallet from her purse while another sprayed the woman with mace.

Johnson said a good description of the suspect vehicle, combined with cell phone records led Investigators to one of the suspect’s home. Adondria Brown, age 21, of 2040 Apt E-8 Blue Spring is charged with One Count Robbery 2^nd degree. She was booked into the Madison County Metro Jail. A second suspect, a 17-year-old juvenile was charged with Robbery 2^nd degree and booked into the Neaves Davis Center for Children. Johnson said a warrant has been issued for a third suspect who has not been arrested as of this morning.
