Major Crimes Unit Charge Husband in Wife’s Shooting Death

 

Huntsville, Alabama (January 18, 2008) Investigators with the Huntsville Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit have charged 63-year-old Earl Junior Palmer with murder in connection with the fatal shooting of his wife Callie M. Palmer, age 60. Spokesman Wendell Johnson said Investigators arrested the husband this morning and booked him into the Madison County Metro jail. Mrs. Palmer’s body was found January 7, 2008 in a parking lot in a local business at 2019 Fisher Street. Bond for Palmer was set at $75,000. He lived at 3000 Ivy Street SW.
