North Precinct Arrest Man Minutes after Business Robbery

 

Huntsville, Alabama (January 29, 2008) Twenty-one-year old Walter Brooks is in the Madison County Metro jail this morning, after allegedly robbing the Magic Touch Urban Wear store at 3606 Mastin Lake Road. Spokesman Wendell Johnson said Brooks allegedly walked into the store about 3:00 p.m. and took an undetermined amount of cash from the clerk. The clerk gave Police a good description of the suspect who was picked up a short distance from the business and charged with Robbery 1st degree.
