Huntsville Man Arrested for the Capital Murder of Two Children

Huntsville, Alabama (February 7, 2008) On February 6, 2008, Investigators from the Major Crimes Unit of the Huntsville Police Department arrested Kishon Darrell Green, age 29, of Huntsville and charged him with Capital Murder of two children, Fredrick Thomas Jr., age 13, Antwan Green, age 10, both of Huntsville and the Attempted Murder of Tiffany Nicole Courtney-Burrell, age 33, also of Huntsville.

This incident was a result of a domestic dispute that occurred at 5013 Galaxy Way in which Kishon Green, the father of Antwan Green,who had been recently paroled from prison after serving time for Robbery First Degree and Assault First Degree stabbed all three victims. The two children were pronounced dead at the scene and the mother was transported to Huntsville Hospital were she is currently in the Intensive Care Unit.
