Man Arrested for Breaking Into Three Homes

 

Huntsville, Alabama (March 3, 2008) Huntsville Police have arrested and charged a 36-year-old man for breaking into three homes last week. Spokesman Wendell Johnson said Elgin Horton was charged with three counts of Criminal Trespass 1st degree. He was released from the hospital on Saturday. Horton provided Investigators with his real name while he was recovering from a gun shot wound he sustained during a confrontation with a home owner. His identification was also verified through fingerprint records from Chattanooga, Tennessee.
