                    Huntsville, Alabama (August 15,2008) On August 14, 2008 Officers with the Huntsville Police Departments West Precinct stopped a car that was suspected of being involved in a recent rash of robberies to individuals that have taken place in Huntsville. An investigation led to evidence that resulted in five arrests:

                   

                    Charles Antwan Williams, 26, of 230 Binford Drive, Huntsville-Three counts of Robbery First Degree                                        
 Lavaughn Tristen Fletcher, 18, of 2100 Lynn Road, Huntsville-Three counts of Robbery First Degree

                    Trevian Young, 18, of 3700 Alpine Road, Huntsville-Three counts of Robbery First Degree

 

                    Also, two juveniles were charged as adults due to the use of a weapon in a commission of a felony:

                    Steven Hill Jr. 17, of 118 Sweet Hollow Way, Huntsville-Two counts of Robbery First Degree

                    Cameron Devon Rice, 16, Of 218 Binford Drive, Huntsville-Three counts of Robbery First Degree

The charges are a result of three robberies to individuals that occurred this past Monday night on Henderson Road, Clopton Street, and Patton Road.
