                    Huntsville, Alabama (August 29, 2008) This morning, investigators with the Huntsville Police Department's Major Crimes Unit  arrested 27-year-old Johnthan Antwan Foster for the murder of Heather Denesha Clemons.  Clemons died at a local hospital Sunday after Foster reported she had been shot in the parking lot of a local restaurant. Investigation revealed Forster had mis-led officers and the shooting had occurred in their apartment at 223-D Binford Drive.  Bond has not been set and Foster remains in the Madison County Jail.
