Juvenile Charged in American Legion Arson

 

Huntsville, Alabama (October 13, 2006) Huntsville Police Arson Investigators have charged a juvenile female with Arson 2nd degree. Police spokesman Wendell Johnson said Investigators with Huntsville Police and Huntsville Fire Department said the 16-year-old allegedly set fire to the American Legion on September 28th located at 3806 Colonial Park Circle. Investigators say she allegedly shoved some paper and clothing inside a broken window and set it on fire. The building was completely destroyed by the blaze. Johnson said she was booked Friday afternoon into the Madison County “D” Home
