Eight Families Receive Early Christmas

 

Huntsville, Alabama (December 18, 2006) The Fraternal Order of Police, WAY-FM Christian Radio and Wal-Mart have joined to bring Christmas to eight families and a total of 20 children. According to Huntsville Police Lieutenant Thomas Presley, the families will meet at 10:00 a.m. this morning at Wal-Mart on Sparkman Drive. Huntsville Police and Madison County Sheriff’s Deputies will walk around and entertain children while parents shop for Christmas presents. This has become an annual tradition for families in Huntsville and Madison County that are less fortunate than many of us. The FOP, WAY-FM and Wal-Mart contribute to help families provide for their children.
