Joint Investigations Lead To Arson Arrests 

Huntsville, Alabama (December 30, 2005) Two people are in the Madison County Metro Jail on arson charges.  Investigators with the Huntsville Police Department’s Arson Task Force and Huntsville Fire and Rescue say 55-year-old Chrisanda Meredith was charged with arson first degree last night. On December 17^th, she allegedly set fire to the residence she was living in at 4015 East Crestwood Drive in NW Huntsville.

Orlando Shermaine Horton 20-years-old is charged with arson first degree and burglary first degree from a December 29^th incident at 116 Wilkerson Drive. Two witnesses were inside the home asleep when he allegedly broke into the residence and set it on fire.
