Huntsville Police Charge People with Sexual Related Charges
Huntsville, Alabama (February 1, 2006) Huntsville Police acting on tips from concerned citizens have arrested seven men and one woman for alleged misconduct in city parks. Police spokesman Wendell Johnson said the Officers targeted areas like the Land Trust Parking lot on Bankhead Parkway. Two men were charged with Sexual Misconduct.
Today, Officers arrested and charged 5 men with Public Lewdness and one with Criminal Tampering at Brahan Spring Park. In addition to the charges, the arrestees were warned that they could no longer enter any city parks or Land Trust property for 12 months. All eight face a variety of charges, all are misdemeanors.

4. Forty-eight-year-old Curtis Gene Rice charged with Public Lewdness. His address is 3325 Dunn Drive SW.
5. Sixty-five-year-old James Floyd Dutton is charged with Public Lewdness. His home address 1906 Randy Court.
6. Twenty-nine-year-old Michael Thomas Green is charged with Public Lewdness. His home address is 3305 Patton Road # 7.
7. Fifty-one-year-old Donald Gene Denton charged with Public Lewdness. His address is 380 Allen Road, Gurley.
8. Fifty-eight-year-old John Douglas Pennington, charged with Criminal Tampering. Home address is 3301 Fairacres Road SW.
