                      60-Year-old Man Charged

                            With Capital Murder

 

Huntsville, Alabama (June 17, 2005) Huntsville Police have one Capital Murder suspect behind bars this morning, another remains at large. Spokesman Wendell Johnson said 60-year-old Raymond Boeckner turned himself into Investigators Thursday afternoon for the alleged contract killing of 32-year-old Steven Spearman last month. Johnson added that a Capital Murder warrant has also been issued for 32-year-old Rahman “Ray Ray” Meadows who was originally wanted for questioning, but now he is being called a suspect.
