Huntsville Police investigators are seeking Rahman Ray Meadows for questioning in the Tuesday night shooting death of Steven Spearman.  Meadows is described as a 32 year old black male who is 6’2” tall and weighs approximately 190 pounds.  His nickname is Ray-Ray and he is known to frequent the area of Seminole Drive.  Anyone having information as to the whereabouts of Meadows is asked to contact Investigator Charlie Gray at 213-4532 or at the main police number, 722-7100.
