Friday September 30, 2005, Huntsville Police Chief Rex Reynolds promoted Police Majors Mark Hudson and Ed Nixon to Deputy Chief. Followed by a "Pinning" Presentation recognizing Huntsville Police Employees with  10, 20, 25, and 35 years of Service. Also included in the ceremony was a donation by the Stan Miller family to Officer Golden's family.
