Safety Patrol of the Huntsville Police Department provides crossing guards for both public and private schools in the city. Crossing guards help ensure the safely of school children at hazardous or congested school crossing locations. Our crossing guards help to ensure the safety of about 35,000 elementary, middle, and high school students each day.
