League registration at your local park is held on the last two Saturdays in February and the first Saturday in March. Fees are set by each league and may vary from park to park. The regular season begins with Opening Day ceremonies @ Joe Davis Stadium in late April and runs approximately eight weeks. The program concludes with a post season tournament for city-wide, regular season teams beginning the first Saturday in June at the Metro Kiwanis SportsPlex. The softball program is for children ages 5-18 and is conducted under the City of Huntsville Recreation Services guidelines.
